Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Project Lead with 5+ years of experience in managing and coordinating software development projects. The candidate should have a strong understanding of .NET Core and Angular technologies and the ability to coordinate development teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate software development projects involving .NET Core and Angular.
- Plan and track project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Handle daily coordination with development teams.
- Lead and manage a small team of up to 7 members.
- Support sprint planning, task allocation, and Agile ceremonies.
- Communicate project updates with stakeholders and management.
- Monitor project progress and escalate risks when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and quality standards.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in IT/software development or project coordination.
- Strong understanding of .NET Core and Angular technologies.
- Experience with Agile methodology and sprint coordination.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Git, and SQL databases.
- Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Preferred
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Exposure to client communication and project reporting.
