Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Executive to provide first-level technical assistance and ensure smooth functioning of systems and infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting, client communication, and system monitoring across Windows, Linux, and MSSQL environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux) and IT tools.
- Support and maintain databases, perform basic queries, and monitor performance (MSSQL).
- Handle user account setups, access management, and password resets.
- Assist with system updates, security patches, and backups.
- Document technical issues and their resolutions using internal tools.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve IT issues efficiently.
- Learn and assist with basic server management and monitoring.
Requirements
- Comfortable working in rotational shift.
- Fresher or 0-1 years experienced in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Good communication skills and client-handling abilities.
- Understanding of databases (MSSQL basics), servers, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Knowledge of basic networking and troubleshooting concepts.
- Familiarity with technical tools like GitHub, Visual Studio (optional but preferred).
- Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
