Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and online user behavior using web analytics tools to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Create engaging and compelling content for digital channels, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website copy.
- Manage social media accounts, including posting regular updates, responding to comments and messages, and growing follower engagement.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize the website content to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets for digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation management across various platforms.
- Implement and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, email design, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques and recommend innovative strategies to achieve marketing objectives.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and techniques for improving organic search rankings.
- Proficiency in content creation and copywriting for digital channels.
- Excellent analytical skills to track and measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
