Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Support Executives to assist users of our jewellery software by handling queries, guiding them on software usage, and ensuring a smooth experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat.
- Assist users in understanding and using the jewellery software.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate complex ones.
- Maintain detailed logs of interactions and follow-ups.
- Provide demos or training to new users when needed.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Collect and report user feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Fluency in Hindi and Marathi is mandatory.
- English communication is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of ERP or CRM software’s.
- Patience, empathy, and customer-first attitude.
- Immediate joiners will be given priority.
